Returns

Not entirely happy with your order? No worries! The right of withdrawal applies to private customers who have placed an order with Bilaal. You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt. Returning products after 14 days is no longer possible.

You will then be refunded the full order amount, excluding shipping costs. The cost of returning the items from your address to Bilaal is at your own expense. Please make sure everything is in its original condition.

If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Bilaal with all supplied accessories and in its original condition and packaging. If the product has already been used or is not returned in its original packaging, only part of the amount will be refunded, depending on the assessed value at the time of receipt. In your confirmation email you will find a link to our returns portal to easily register your return.

Conditions

We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the product has been received back in good order.
An exception to the right of withdrawal are personalised orders.

Sending your return:

Pack the return securely and firmly to prevent damage. Use the original packaging.
Open the track and trace link in the most recently sent email to go to the portal.
Register the return and download the shipping label.
Print the shipping label and attach it to the shipping box.
Go to a drop-off point of the carrier from which you received a return label.
